Sync your Etsy shop with Monveri Business Suite

For Etsy sellers who also run a brick-and-mortar storefront, wholesale channel, in-house invoicing, or other sales channels — Monveri keeps your Etsy listings, inventory, and orders in sync with the rest of your business, so you have one source of truth instead of juggling tabs.

What the integration does for your shop

Monveri connects to your own Etsy shop on your behalf. Nothing is shared between your Etsy shop and the public Monveri storefront — Etsy stays a separate sales channel, and your buyers on Etsy stay on Etsy.

See your Etsy listings alongside your other product catalog. Update titles, prices, and stock counts from Monveri and push the changes back to Etsy.

One inventory, many channels

When a unit sells on Etsy, your in-store and other-channel counts drop automatically. When you ring up a sale in your shop, your Etsy stock stays accurate.

Orders, one dashboard

Etsy orders flow into Monveri so you can track fulfillment, print packing slips, and run sales reports across every channel you sell through.

Channel-level and combined reports. Know what your Etsy shop contributes compared to your POS, wholesale, or invoicing work.

How connecting your shop works

The connection is owned by you. You can disconnect your Etsy shop from Monveri at any time from the marketplace settings page inside the app, which immediately revokes Monveri's access to your shop data.

  1. Sign in to Monveri and open Marketplace Settings → Etsy.
  2. Click "Connect Etsy shop." You'll be redirected to Etsy, where you sign in and approve the connection — the standard OAuth flow. Your Etsy password never passes through Monveri.
  3. Pick what to sync. Toggle listings sync, inventory sync, and order import individually. You stay in control.
  4. Disconnect whenever you want. One click in Monveri or in your Etsy account revokes the connection.

What data Monveri accesses — and why

We request only the OAuth scopes we need to deliver the features above. Data is used solely to provide the service to you, the Etsy seller — never sold, never used for marketing, and never shared with buyers.

shops_r Read your shop profile and settings. Confirm which shop is connected and display its name inside Monveri.
listings_r Read your listings, variations, and stock levels. Show your listings in Monveri and keep inventory counts in sync.
listings_w Update listing details and stock counts. Let you edit titles, prices, and quantity from Monveri and push the change back to Etsy.
transactions_r Read your order and transaction history. Import your Etsy orders so they appear in Monveri's order dashboard and reports.

How we handle your data

  • Minimum necessary. We only store what's needed for the feature you turned on. If you don't enable order import, we don't keep order data.
  • Freshness. Listing content is refreshed from Etsy regularly and no listing data is shown more than 6 hours older than what's on Etsy. Other Etsy content is refreshed at least every 24 hours.
  • Buyer data. Any Etsy buyer information accessed via the integration is treated as belonging to you, the seller. We process it only to provide the service to your shop and never use it for marketing or share it with other Monveri customers.
  • No Etsy-to-Monveri-storefront migration. Monveri does not promote its public storefront to your Etsy buyers, does not email your Etsy buyers, and does not provide any "move from Etsy to Monveri" flow. Etsy is treated as a peer sales channel, the same way we treat other marketplaces.
  • Disconnection. When you disconnect your Etsy shop, we stop syncing and delete stored Etsy tokens. Cached Etsy data is purged on a rolling basis and no later than reasonably necessary to provide the service.
